Job Description: This position is for local residents only. Kalstar Enterprises is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor for our facility located in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. This position will be responsible for the 2nd shift customization/packaging operation including production, safety, data accuracy, interior housekeeping, and quality assurance. Job Requirements: • Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in a production environment and knowledge of regulatory statutes governing warehouse operations is required. Experience managing a packaging operation is highly preferred. • A Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred. • Proven success at managing and improving P&L is required. • Experience with all MS Office programs is required. • Experience utilizing SAP is preferred. • Experience with a WMS is preferred (RTCIS/Red Prairie preferred). |
